A Last Will and Testament in Ontario needs to be signed by the testor (person writing the Will) AND by 2 witnesses.

Witnesses must be over the age of 18 and not named in the Will, or be close family members of the person writing the Will.

Our services meet all the requirements to sign a Will in Ontario and we provide affidavits of ex*****on for the Will too!

Affidavits of ex*****on give the official, notarized statement of the witnesses of where and when they witnessed the Will, saving time in the future when the Will is probated (sent to the court to be validated).
