MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Calgary's real estate market showed seasonal improvement in March with rising sales activity as we moved into spring 🌸 While market conditions varied by property type, overall residential trends remained relatively balanced with prices trending up from February across most segments.

Here's a little breakdown:

• March sales were 13% lower than last year, totalling 1,881 transactions 🏡
• Inventory levels rose seasonally but remained balanced at typical levels for most property types 📈
• The benchmark price for all Calgary home types was $565,600 💰
