🪔Sales to New listings ratio dipped to 45% and the months of supply pushed up to 4 months for the first time since early 2020. Market shifts more in favor of the buyer. Condition do vary by property type, price, range and location.

🎯 Semi-detached home: unadjusted benchmark price reached $684,800 (0.9% higher than September 2024)
🎯 Row home : unadjusted benchmark price reached $ 437,100 (4.8% lower than September 2024)
🎯 Apartment : unadjusted benchmark price reached $ 322,900 (6.4% lower than September 2024)
