AFTER KUYA WILSON'S VLOG APPEAREANCE (KUYA WILSON)
I am receiving considerable number of inquiries after I appeared as a guest in Kuya Wilson’s vlog. I don’t want you to feel neglected, so I am posting this to respond to queries that are similar, general or broad.
For those who want to know more about our services, please visit our website at r3canadaimmigration.ca or this FB page, which contains the same information.
On how to come to Canada: there are several ways, which is why it is difficult to respond. However, there are Permanent Resident Programs and Temporary Resident Programs that you may consider. Please check my website and FB page for these programs. Once you know what you want, it will be easier to respond.
There are several of you who messaged me regarding fees you paid to certain agencies or consultants and did not get the promised results. I have already checked a couple of the names given to me and I did not see them in the CICC list of registered consultants. HOWEVER, you may have given me incorrect spellings. And also, I can’t be checking this for you all the time. So, feel free to go to this link to check your consultant’s name:

On how to ensure that LMIAs are authentic: there are ways, and you must use your sleuthing skills to do this. First, check the LMIA thoroughly. The employer’s name, address and contact information are written there. Then contact the employer. This should be your first step. Failing which, try contacting Service Canada.

Note though, that a proper recruiter should first spend time assessing your qualifications. Then schedule you for a meeting with the prospective employer. I find it suspicious when they ask for money first, before showing you their documents (actually it is suspicious!). And per my responses during my appearance in Kuya Wilson’s vlog, it is prohibited to collect fees from TFWs for the recruitment fees – and that includes the LMIA processing.
Be smart and sensible in entering into a contract. Read your documents, do some research and ask the right questions before you sign and pay. Ask for recommendations also, from friends and relatives in Canada. They are the best people to point you to the right direction.
For TFWs already here and are being abused, or are not paid their wages/overtime pay, etc, please contact the ESDC office (see link below) and the Employment Standards (ES) office (also see link below). I am just providing the link to Alberta’s ES. You can find similar offices in other provinces. Just google them.

Be proactive about your life. Do not be a victim forever. Seek help.
To end this, I won’t be responding to messages in my FB page unless they are serious inquiries. If you want to schedule a one-on-one consultation with me, please contact my office.
