🏠 Detached homes: supply remains relatively limited, so buyers may still face more competition for well-priced homes.
🏢 Apartment condos: buyers have considerably more choice, with higher inventory and nearly five months of supply — creating more negotiating power for buyers.

📊 And overall, Calgary saw 1,904 sales and 3,323 new listings in July, with sales down 9% from last year.
So when someone says “it’s a buyers’ market” or “it’s a sellers’ market,” don’t assume that tells the whole story.
