Biometrics is now a requirement for applications filed outside as well as inside Canada.

The list of 58 designated service centres in Canada is available on Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)’s website.

Service centres across Canada are now open to take biometrics for permanent residents and foreign nationals applying to stay in the country.

A Post Graduation Work Permit is a permit that allows international students of eligible Canadian post-secondary institutions to stay and work in Canada for a period of up to three years after successful completion of their studies.

The number of foreign nationals on PGWP's has increased massively from 2005 till date.

The number of foreign nationals in Canada on a Post-Graduation Work Permit has skyrocketed in recent years, rising from nearly 5,400 in 2005 to more than 143,000 last year.

Canada invites 3350 Express Entry candidates to apply for PR.

The cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score in the March 20 draw was 452, a reduction of two points over the minimum score in the previous Express Entry draw.

Good news for International Students applying for Post Graduation Work Permits. You have 6 months to apply after graduation and no longer require to have a valid study permit.If you are a student or know anyone, give me a call to discuss.

The extension doubles the amount of time recent graduates have to apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) once their school issues their final marks.
