Thinking about building a home but torn between city life and the country? Here are a few big differences to consider:

🏡 Services — City homes usually come with municipal water, sewer, and waste already in place. In the country, you may need to install and maintain things like septic and water systems, which can add time and cost.
🏡 Zoning & rules — Rural builds can offer more flexibility, while city lots can come with stricter zoning and size restrictions. Always check what’s allowed on the land.
🏡 Cost & timing — City land is typically more expensive, and teardown costs can add up. While cities have more contractors, there are also more construction projects going on, which can mean you might be waiting when you're ready to start your build. Rural builds could take longer as well, depending on availability.
🏡 Lifestyle — Country living can mean more space, privacy, and options like solar or hobby farming. City living offers convenience—strong internet, shops, restaurants, and amenities just steps away.

At the end of the day, it really comes down to the lifestyle you want to build around.

Join us!

🩷Women, Wealth & Legacy🌻

After the incredible conversations and connections at our Vision Board Nights, I knew I wanted to create more opportunities for women to come together, learn, and share their stories.

That's why I've planned two special evenings with and Andrea from Epp Law Office where we'll explore the important topic of estate planning and the legacy we leave behind.

But wait... this isn't your typical estate planning event.

We'll also be painting ornaments in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere designed for reflection, creativity, and connection. Together, we'll talk about the values, traditions, and legacy you're building while creating a meaningful holiday keepsake.

Enjoy hot chocolate, tea, cookies, and great conversation as you design your ornament, Fun Time Potteryy. Your ornament will be professionally glazed and ready in time to hang on your Christmas tree or display in a special place.

Please register for the session that works best for your schedule.

And as always, the more the merrier, so feel free to bring a friend!
I can't wait to spend the evening with you. ❤️
