Just a friendly reminder to make sure that your vehicles have updated documentation, such as permits and insurance cards.
Remember that your drivers license expires on birthdays and to make sure they are not expired. Spring is around the corner, and it is a good time to free your glove box of it's clutter and just have the essentials. I would also recommend leaving your winter tires on just a little longer, or as heard today, until the temperature is 7 degrees for more than 7 days straight.

Interesting facts to keep in mind for distracted driving charges. The police officer does not have to prove that you were in fact using your cell phone, the only observation the policer officer needs in court, is that the driver appeared to have been holding onto a telecommunication device. Therefore, for your defense, don't worry about bring your cell phone bill to court. Another misconception about cell phone tickets is that if you are stopped at an intersection, you are allowed to use your phone...Negative. you're in control of your motor vehicle even when you are stopped at a light or a stop sign.
