Notary fee: ID Verification $20.00 per signature/page. Affidavits & Statutory Declarations $50.00

Fee-only covers or is strictly limited to the extent of notarizing the documents. The fee does not include/cover the services of providing legal advice, representation, drafting or review of the documents. However, if you want to retain us for legal advice, representation, drafting or review, kindly ask the lawyer for a fee of those services. You can retain the lawyer by signing the retainer agreement. We also do NOT notarize Domestic Contracts, Separation Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Leases, Agreements of purchase and sale or Wills unless you get the legal advice or representation from our law firm or some other law firm. We also charge extra for land documents ie. documents relating to sale or purchase of property, business and for documents for which we have to keep records. We also reserve our right to refuse any document for notarization. Please bring at least one photo ID with you. Health cards are not accepted as photo ID.
