Key Responsibilities
* Draft Weekly Newsletters: Create and distribute email updates featuring new property listings, recent home sales, local market stats, and upcoming open houses.
* Write Blog Content: Author informative articles focused on home-buying tips, selling advice, home staging trends, and local neighbourhood spotlights.
* Manage Social Media: Create, schedule, and publish engaging visual posts, Instagram Reels, and property walkthrough videos across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Monitor Engagement: Track basic digital performance metrics like email open rates, blog views, and social media inquiries to help generate incoming client leads.
* Maintain the Content Calendar: Keep our promotional tracking documents updated to ensure listings and neighbourhood events are highlighted right on schedule.
* Website Management: Routinely work within our Content Management System (CMS) to publish fresh content and ensure all site elements remain up to date.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Writing Skills: Strong storytelling ability with impeccable grammar, plus the talent to write exciting, descriptive copy for property features.
* Technical Familiarity: Exposure to Email Service Providers (e.g., Mailchimp), real estate CRM platforms, or visual tools like Canva and video editing is a major asset.
* Organization: Ability to pivot quickly as new listings hit the market and handle multiple project deadlines effectively.
* Portfolio: A link to writing samples, a personal blog, or school marketing projects is highly encouraged.
* Local Knowledge: A solid understanding of local neighbourhoods, communities, and real estate trends is preferred.�
