On a temporary Order, for spousal support you only need to show a prima facie case for entitlement, not at the higher threshold of a balance of probabilities as you would at trial: see Samis (Guardian of) v. Samis, 2011 ONCJ 273 (CanLII), [2011] O.J. No. 2381 (Ont. C.J.) at para. 44; Carnegie v. Carnegie, 2008 MBQB 249 (CanLII), 60 R.F.L. (6th) 192 (Man. Q.B.)

You cannot agree to forego child and spousal support and bring the matter back 18 years later, but you can claim for constructive trust.
