A special time for our family and for Royal LePage Cumberland Realty!

After more than a decade of working alongside Rod Gilroy, Jaime and I are honoured to announce that we have officially acquired ownership and operations of Royal LePage Cumberland Realty.

Rod and his wife Patti built this company from the ground up in 1991, creating a business founded on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service. I’ve been fortunate to learn from Rod over the years and have tremendous respect for everything he has accomplished. Simply put, no one knows our local market better than the “Rodfather” of real estate.

As we move forward, my goal is to build upon the strong foundation that Rod and Patti created while embracing evolving technology and innovative marketing strategies that help our agents better serve their clients and grow their businesses.

For those wondering, both Rod and I will continue doing what we love most - working with buyers and sellers throughout Cumberland County.

A sincere thank you to Rod for his mentorship, friendship, and trust. I’m incredibly excited for what the future holds and look forward to leading Royal LePage Cumberland Realty into its next chapter.
