As a former local Property Manager for a number of years I have training and experience in the world of condo documentation, budg

eting, bylaws and property management. I sat on the Board of Directors of the condo I owned for years, I am very detail orientated, professional, and best of all local. I've been informing my clients of this for years now and it is written in every review I do (as it IS written in most bylaws).
The Corporation has the right to go after you for insurance deductibles, if the loss was found to be caused by you or your Unit.

Are you in the market to purchase a condo? Not sure what all those documents your Realtor gave you are? Or how to read them properly? Do your due diligence and get the condo documents reviewed!

A condo document review will inform you about the pros & cons of the condo, the financial status, the rules of living there, maintenance history of the property, and what to expect in the years to come.

You are buying into a "business" so make sure you are buying a solid one and not a lemon!

My service doesn't stop once my reviews are done.!
Clients & Realtors are always encouraged to ask more questions, check specific bylaws and rules, find out who is responsible for this or that (foundation issues, zone valves, plumbing/heating/electrical equipment, yardwork, etc).
Extra questions, answers & advice are included in my fee, long after the review is finished. 😊
