🍂Our office will be closed from Friday, October 9, 2026 through Monday, October 12, 2026 for the Thanksgiving long weekend.🍂

🏡 We love helping you close on your dream homes and plan for the future but this weekend we are shifting our focus to a different kind of milestones:

⚖️maximizing table footprint to accommodate a high volume of turkey and sides

⚖️allocating the ultimate inheritance of who gets the left overs and the final slice of pie🥧

Wishing everyone a wonderful, relaxing and food-coma-recovery type of Thanksgiving!✨

🐶Stella has a very important back-to-school lesson🐶

With school back in session yesterday, it meant our neighbourhoods are active with busy feet, backpacks and excited students 💖

Stella put on her smartest glasses to remind everyone to look sharp, stay alert and remember the school zones! 🚸

Let’s keep our streets safe everyone! Drive safe, put the phone away and give yourself a few extra minutes on your morning commute 🚙 📱
