A new rule has been introduced that could significantly impact sellers and pricing strategies:

🏡 If a property sits on the market for more than 14 days, sellers may be required to reduce the price by at least 10% every 7 days until an offer is received.

• Listings over 30 days could be labeled as “Overpriced”
