VACATING THE LEASED PREMISES?
Did you know? Once a tenant vacate the leased premises, naturally the "good order and condition" of the said premises become the topic of discussion, or even a sour point of contention.
The dispute soon becomes whether or not the costs of repairs are REASONABLE.
Did you not that our Courts are also interested in knowing whether such costs are reasonable too?. Yes! The Court is often interested in the litigation leading evidence not only on the repairs to be effected, but also that the costs of repairs are reasonable.
A mere quotation is not enough. For instance, one quotation without evidence led as to the expertise or qualification of its author will not suffice in court as irrefutable and conclusive evidence of reasonable costs only repairs.
The remedy might be to follow the custom in practice of acquiring three(3)quotations from different retailers to achieve a reasonable cost of items. Contact us at 71 837 449 or 74957810 for more.
