During ICCA Madrid 2026, CAM-CCBC and Maxwell Chambers formalised the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking an important step in their partnership and a forward-looking model for cross-border collaboration.

The collaboration includes the establishment of CAM-CCBC’s virtual presence in Singapore, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening ties between Latin America and Asia, with Singapore as a key hub. The partnership aims to foster closer collaboration through the joint organization of conferences, seminars, and academic initiatives, as well as mutual support for events.

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening global dialogue, promoting best practices, and deepening connections within the international arbitration community.
