LTD., mais tarde passou a chamar-se TINOCO, OCTÁVIO & PEROCCO S.C.LTDA., e hoje, denomina-se OCTÁVIO & PEROCCO LTDA. Tem como sócios titulares o Dr. OCTÁVIO TINOCO SOARES, advogado, com trinta e cinco anos de experiência na área da propriedade industrial e intele

Completa assessoria é dada no campo das marcas de indústria, comércio, serviços e de certificação. A - Busca de anterioridades de marcas junto ao Banco de Dados do INPI;

The Office was created in 1928 by the father of a former partner, adopting the name of BRUNNER & CO. LTD., later on it became TINOCO, OCTÁVIO & PEROCCO S.C.LTDA., and currently, it works under the name of OCTÁVIO & PEROCCO LTDA. Its main partners are Dr. OCTÁVIO TINOCO SOARES, attorney, with thirty five years of experience in the industrial and intellectual property area, and Dr. SÉRGIO PEROCCO, engineer, acting at the technical area of patents for over five decades. The office has attorneys, engineers, technicians, designers, translators and consultants. The service is provided at our Office and, also, when required, at our clients premises, by Technical Consultants. NATIONAL SERVICES:
