Há trinta anos, voltei de uma experiência que marcaria a minha vida para sempre.
Não apenas um período em Maryland, nos Estados Unidos, mas também um ano longe da família e dos amigos, aos 16 anos.
Cidade, escola, pessoas e situações completamente diferentes de tudo que eu já havia conhecido. E a igreja também!
Então, um abraço caloroso de uma querida família. Aqui, encontro reconhecimento, gratidão, amor e, acima de tudo, a bondade e a graça do Senhor nosso Deus e Pai.
E a boa notícia: em poucos dias nos veremos, em nome de Jesus!

Thirty years ago, I returned from an experience that would shape my life forever.
Not only a time in Maryland, in the United States, but a 16 year-old away from family and friends for the next 12 months.
City, school, people, and situations completely different from anything I had ever known. And church too!
Then, a warm welcoming embrace of a dear family. Here, there are recognition, gratitude, love, and above all, the goodness and grace of the Lord our God and Father.
And the Good news: in a few days we will see each other, in the name of Jesus!
