MG Desk is an strategic alliance formed in 2005 of two firms of legal & business consultancy which are headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais (ATK Advogados & Consultores), and in Rio de Janeiro/Sao Paulo (J.G Assis de Almeida & Associados). This alliance has business networks in Brasilia, London, New Delhi, Paris and Lisbon. In line with our philosophy of offering multidisciplinary cross-border services, the alliance is staffed by lawyers and accountants duly admitted to the Brazilian Bar (OAB), and Accounting (CRC) Associations. A wealth of experience in diverse business areas places us in an excellent position to offer commercially orientated solutions to our clients. The main business fields we cover are leisure & real estate investments, agribusiness & bioenergy, chemicals, mining, information technology, engineering & construction. Multinational companies are some of the clients assisted by our members, although we dedicate special attention to overseas SME’s. We have a strong liaison with regulation agencies in both federal and state levels.
