We are proud to announce that Tzvetkova, Tzvetkov & Dobreva Law Firm, served as legal counsel to ITF Group JSC, a Bulgarian financial services company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, in a dual acquisition, successfully positioning ITF Group JSC to expand into the digital consumer and SME financing market. Tz&D advised on ITF’s purchase of a majority stake in KLEAR and an initial 20% shareholding in FinBiz Technologies.

These acquisitions pave the way for ITF Group JSC to enter new segments: consumer lending for higher‑credit clients (via KLEAR) and digital financing solutions tailored for SMEs (via FinBiz Technologies).

Elena Stoilova-Dobreva led the transaction—driving strategy, negotiating terms, and delivering expert legal guidance throughout the process. She was supported by Stefan Tzvetkov who brought in-depth expertise in corporate and tech transactional structuring and Preslava Belyakova, who played a key role in due diligence, documentation drafting, and coordination across both acquisitions.

We are pleased to announce that Tzvetkova & Partners Law Firm has advised Iris.ai, the provider of a world-leading and award-winning AI engine for scientific text understanding, in their latest €7.64 million round, led by Silverline Capital and the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator Fund.

With this investment, Iris.ai plans to further develop its flagship offering, the RSpace. In 2023, Iris.ai developed a solution for the RSpace to measure the factual accuracy of its outputs and will use the investment to further increase the platform’s factual capabilities, enabling streamlined processes for researchers at corporations and universities.
