Tzvetkova, Tzvetkov & Dobreva Law Firm has successfully advised the shareholders of ITCE, the Bulgaria-based ServiceNow consulting and training firm on the sale of the company to VISEO, the France-headquartered global technology and digital consulting company.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Sofia, ITCE provides consulting and training services focused on IT transformation and ServiceNow solutions. The company became Bulgaria's first ServiceNow consulting partner in 2015 and in 2023 joined the RiseUp with ServiceNow global programme, dedicated to training people for careers in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Following the acquisition, ServiceNow becomes a key pillar of VISEO's offering and a new strategic service line, with ITCE's expertise to be expanded across VISEO's regions. VISEO operates in more than 20 countries, employs some 3,000 people and generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 360 million.
The transaction is a further step in the consolidation of Bulgaria's technology services sector by international strategic buyers, and a recognition of the expertise built in Sofia over almost three decades.
The Tz&D team advising the sellers was led by Managing Partner Stefan Tzvetkov, with key contributions from Senior Partner Elena Stoilova-Dobreva, Associate Rumen Russev and Dayana Yordanova on the employment aspects of the transaction.
