I’m Gemma, an Englishwoman who moved to Bulgaria with my daughter, Sky, in 2007. Sky, who grew up here and was educated in the Bulgarian system, is now pursuing her university studies in Veliko Tarnovo. Since then, we’ve made Bulgaria our home, building our lives together as a family, and have been helping fellow expats find their perfect properties ever since. Alongside me is my fiancé Georgi (or Gosho), a qualified Bulgarian electrician, and our little one, Katrina, who joined our family in 2022. Additional services: Available for a small fee we offer services including but not limited
