We are hiring: Knowledge & Innovation Manager
The Corporate and Commercial teams of Van Olmen & Wynant are looking for a Knowledge & Innovation Manager to strengthen the team; professionals with at least five years of experience in a legal environment, ideally in a knowledge management or Legal Tech role, are welcome.
You will be the driving force behind the practice group's knowledge management and innovation agenda, develop an up-to-date knowledge base covering M&A, company law and contract law, and identify and implement relevant Legal Tech solutions such as AI-driven drafting tools and due diligence software.
