Liedekerke defeated Stibbe with 5-3 in the second game of the Brulex men’s league yesterday night. After a close first half , Liedekerke made the difference with a strong second half performance. Next week Thursday Liedekerke is facing last year’s runner-up Claeys & Engels. Hopefully the team will be able to continue its winning streak!

Last Sunday, Liedekerke took part in the 29th edition of the Brulex Summer Cup. Fifteen to twenty Brussels-based law firm teams competed against each other in the annual one-day 5-a-side football tournament.

The team for the women's competition consisted of Amélia Goy, Charlotte Bastin, Charlotte Dillemans, Florence Delchevalerie, Joséphine Bogaert, Juliette van Wassenhove, Louise Hubo, Louise Janssens and Louise Verstraete. They successfully reached the semi-finals!

For the men's competition, the team consisted of Ibrahim Cheick, Leopoldo Luyten, David Wouters, Anouar Amara, Bruno Aguirre, Gueli Lorenzo, Gaëtan Coenraets and Reinout Vrielinck. They successfully reached the quarter-finals!
