One manner of doing so is to find ways and means of bridging existing legal cultures. MC Academy believes that an effective method to operationalise this approach is by offering diverse and high-quality educational, training and research programmes, conducted from

comparative and international perspectives. These programmes are organised thematically within specialised clusters. The knowledge clusters include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Public International Law, Energy Law and Policy, Comparative Financing and Banking Transactions, and Innovation and Technology in Legal Services and Education.
