You’ll also be the face of the firm at job fairs and campus events, build strong ties with universities and young talent, and turn recruitment numbers into insights the business can use. A bit of payroll support keeps things varied too.
 
What you bring:
✅ Bachelor’s or master’s degree
✅ 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
✅ Fluent in Dutch and English

To celebrate Lydian’s 25th anniversary, we’re introducing the people behind our firm: our 𝐋𝐲𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 ✨

We’re kicking off the series with Luc Germonpre, Senior Associate in our Corporate & Finance practice, who has been part of Lydian’s journey since day one.

When asked, “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐲𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐤𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞?”, Luc answered:
