The government is changing some rules on who is allowed to come to the UK to live and work.

**From spring 2024, overseas care workers will no longer be allowed to bring family dependants with them. SAS Immigration Consultancy thinks it will be effective from middle of March 2024.

What are the new immigration rules?
Most people wanting to work in the UK will still have to apply for a visa through a points-based system (PBS).

But from spring 2024, they will have to have a job offer with a higher salary in order to get a work visa.

They will need to earn at least £38,700 - this is up by nearly 50% from the current minimum salary of £26,200.

This will not apply to some jobs - such as in health and social care.

But in this sector, overseas care workers will not be able to bring in family dependants.

Standard endorsement

Where the endorsement on your vignette includes the phrase ‘standard’ it means that you are currently on a 5-year route to settlement.

If you continue to meet the requirements and make the appropriate applications for further permission to stay, you are likely to be eligible to apply for settlement in 5 years.

মাত্র ১ (এক) কর্মদিবসে ইউকে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা!

আবারও রেকর্ড কম সময়ে ইউকে ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা পেতে সক্ষম হয়েছেন আমাদের একাধিক এপ্লিক্যান্ট। আগের গড়া ২ থেকে ৪ দিনে ভিসা প্রাপ্তির আমাদের নিজেদের রেকর্ড ভঙ্গ করে এবার মাত্র ১ কর্মদিবসে একসাথে ভিসা পেয়েছেন আমাদের ৬ জন এপ্লিক্যান্ট।

গত ১৯ এপ্রিল ২০২৩ তারিখে আমাদের মোট ৮ জন এপ্লিক্যান্ট ভিসা এপ্লিকেশন জমা দিয়েছিলেন, যাদের মধ্যে ৬ জনই জমা দেয়ার একদিন পর ২১ এপ্রিল ২০২৩ তারিখে ভিসা ইস্যু লেটার (vignette) পেয়েছেন।

এ (A) রেটিং প্রাপ্ত কোম্পানির পারমিট জমা দেয়ার কারণে খুব অল্প সময়ে ভিসা কনফার্মেশন লেটার পেতে সক্ষম হয়েছেন আমাদের এপ্লিকেন্টরা, যাদের অনেকের IELTS মার্কস কম, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা কম এবং কোনো ধরনের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল না।

উল্লেখ্য, আমরা শুধুমাত্র এ (A) রেটিং প্রাপ্ত ব্রিটিশ কোম্পানির পারমিট নিয়ে কাজ করি।
