১৪৪ ধারা - ইতিহাসে কালো দাগ চিরস্থায়ী হয়ে গেল - ড. সায়েম আমীর ফয়সল
ভাষা আন্দোলনের সময় ১৪৪ জারি করা হয়েছিল। আমার দাদার প্রতিষ্ঠান ৭৩ বছরের। জাকের পার্টির ইতিহাস ৩০ বছরের। আজকে এই প্রথম ইতিহাসের পাতায় বড় একটি কালো দাগ চিরস্থায়ী হয়ে গেল।
বাকরুদ্ধ! দুঃখজনক! লজ্জাজনক! ন্যক্কারজনক। এই কালো দাগ চিরকাল রয়ে যাবে ইতিহাসের পাতায়।
আলহাজ্ব খাজা মিয়া ভাইজান মুজাদ্দেদীকে আমরা সর্বেোচ্চ সন্মান করেছি সব সময়। তার প্রতিদান কি এই ১৪৪ ধারা?
লোক মুখে শুনেও আমরা প্রথমে বিশ্বাস করিনি। কিন্তু চোখে দেখার পরে ভাষা হারিয়ে ফেলেছি। কি ভাবে সম্ভব?
আমার দাদা লক্ষ কোটি কোটি মানুষ পরিচালনা করেছেন এই ৭৩ বছরের ইতিহাসে। সকল ধর্ম, বর্ণ, গোত্র নির্বিশেষে সবাইকে আশ্রয় দিয়েছেন তিনি। তাহলে প্রাচীণ সেই ঐতিহ্যবাহী প্রতিষ্ঠানে কেমন করে এই কলঙ্কজময় অধ্যায় রচনা হলো?
বিশ্ব ওলী হযরত শাহসুফী মাওলানা মোঃ হাশমত উল্লাহ নকশবন্দী মুজাদ্দেদী (কুঃ ছেঃ আঃ) ছাহেবের নাম মুবারক আজকে যেখানে আমরা আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে নিয়ে গেলাম, সেখানে উনার নাম কিভাবে একটা কেসের ভিতরে আসলো? কোন জায়গায় নামালেন বিশ্ব ওলী হযরত শাহসূফী ফরিদপুরীকে?
বাইশ রশিতে ফরিদপুর স্পিনিং মিলস এর নিজস্ব জমিতে স্থাপিত সিপিএইচডি আয়ুর্বেদিক লিঃ এখানে একটা দ্রুত বর্ধনশীল প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে ৫ হাজার মানুষের কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি করছে । সেই রুটি,রুজি, রিযিকে তিনি হাত দিয়েছেন। মানুষের পেটে লাথি মারায় তাদের আর্তনাদ, আহাজারি, দীর্ঘ নিঃশ্বাসের জবাব কে দেবে?
আমরা আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিদর্শনে গিয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু আমাদের প্রবেশে কঠিন বাধা বিপত্তি সৃষ্টি করা হলেও শান্তিপূর্ণভাবে সেই বাধা অতিক্রম করে ওষুধ কারখানায় প্রবেশ করেছি। আমাদের কেউ আটকাতে পারে নি। কারণ মিথ্যা কখনো সত্যের কাছে টিকে না।
দুঃখভারাক্রান্ত হৃদয়ে বলতে হয়, আলহাজ্ব মিয়া ভাইজান মুজাদ্দেদী কে আমরা সব সময় সর্বোচ্চ সম্মান করি। কিন্তু জনাব মাহফুযুল হক আর সমালোচনার উর্ধে নন। এখন সবই উন্মুক্ত হয়ে গেছে হাজার চেষ্টা করেও আটকাতে পারলাম না।
যাদের বিবেকবোধ আছে, বিবেচনাবোধ আছে - তারাই বিচার করবেন।
যারা আমার হক থেকে আমাকে বঞ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করেছে তাদের বিচার আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীন ইনশাল্লাহ করবে। আমার অধিকার থেকে পৃথিবীর কোন শক্তি আমাকে বঞ্চিত করতে পারবে না।

Section 144 was imposed at the time of our language movement. The organization established by my grandfather has been there for 73 years - unscathed. Zaker Party has a 30-year-long history. Immorally, section 114 was imposed on a land that is known to have been sacrosanct - I am speechless. It is abominable, repulsive, and monstrous! This smudge will perpetuate in the pages of history.
We always bestowed the highest honor Mr. Mahfuzul Huq. Was the Section 144 a recompense to all that honor?
In the 73-year-long history, my grandfather gave direction to tens of millions of people. He gave shelter to all people, irrespective of their religion, creeds and beliefs. Then, how was it possible that this appalling episode took place in that very renowned organization?
At a time when we have taken the blessed name of Bishwa Wali Hazrat Shah Sufi Maulana Muhammad Hashmatullah Naqsbandi Mujaddedi (QSA) to an international prominence – how did his sanctified name come to appear in a tedious police case? Where have they dragged down the highly esteemed status of my grandfather?
CPHD Ayurvedic Ltd., established in the precincts of Faridpur Spinning Mills in Baishrashi, is a fast-growing organization which is generating employment for more than 5 thousand people. The livelihood of all these people has been jeopardized. Who will answer for their deprivation and privations?
We went for an inspection of our own organization. As much impediment was created as it was possible, so that we could not enter the premises of the medicine factory. We overcame all obstacles and managed to make a peaceful entrance. No one succeeded to obstruct us – for falsehood never can survive against Truth.
With a heavy heart, we confer honor to the son of my grandfather, but, Mr. Mahfuzul Haque is no longer beyond censure and criticism. We cannot suppress the truth; we have been pushed to make this statement. Those who have a conscience will judge for their own.
God Almighty will bring to justice those, who are trying to deprive me of my rights. God willing, no power on the face of this Earth will manage to disinherit me from my rights.
