How Good are you in Mediation?

BIAC is delighted to inform you that Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), the country’s first and only Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) institution is hosting the first ever Mediation Competition in the country, which will take place on 20th, 27th March, 3rd April and 10th April 2021 jointly with LONDON COLLEGE OF LEGAL STUDIES SOUTH (LCLS SOUTH), the Affiliate Centre of the University of London, UK.
The focus of the Competition is to effectively combine the use of mediation and collaborative problem-solving skills to successfully present the parties’ interests and progress towards the resolution of commercial disputes. We hope that the Competition will encourage teaching and learning of effective use of mediation and empower tomorrow’s business people and legal practitioners to better meet the dispute resolution needs of an increasingly cross-cultural and global competitive market.
BIAC and LCLS (South) are jointly hosting this Competition for professionals and interested career planers to provide them a unique opportunity to share knowledge, discuss new developments and gain valuable insights on the latest techniques, strategies and trends in the field of mediation.

Who can join:

Fresh certified/accredited mediator, Have 40 hours training from reputed institutions such as ADR–ODR International, CEDR, CIArb, SIMI, MHJMC, THAC and other recognised institution within last 3 years.

The International & Comparative Law Journal is a publication of London College of Legal Studies (South) that aims to create an academic forum for legal scholarship with the scope of the Journal covering all matters related to law.
The Editorial Team of the ICLJ invites law students, academics, practicing lawyers and everyone involved in the legal sector to contribute manuscripts for publication in the upcoming issue (Volume 3 Issue 2) of the Journal.
