বর্তমানে ইন্ডিয়ান ভিসা অনলাইন পোর্টালে ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড সেকশনে কিছু অতিরিক্ত ডকুমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক (Mandatory) করা হয়েছে। আবেদন করার আগে নিচের ডকুমেন্টগুলো প্রস্তুত রাখুন।

📌 ১. Passport Copy (Mandatory) ✅ পাসপোর্টের বায়ো পেজ (ছবি ও তথ্যযুক্ত পৃষ্ঠা) PDF আকারে আপলোড করতে হবে।

🏥 ২. Hospital Letter / Invitation Letter (Mandatory) ✅ ভারতের হাসপাতালের লেটারহেডে ইস্যুকৃত Invitation / Medical Letter। ✅ হাসপাতালের সিল ও স্বাক্ষর থাকতে হবে। ✅ আবেদনকারীর নাম ও পাসপোর্ট নম্বর উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।

📝 ৩. Medical Visa Undertaking (Mandatory) ✅ মেডিকেল ভিসা আন্ডারটেকিং ফরম পূরণ করে PDF আকারে আপলোড করতে হবে।

(আন্ডারটেকিং মানে হচ্ছে অঙ্গীকারনামা। এখন এই অঙ্গীকারনামা ফর্ম যদি IVAC পোর্টালে পাওয়া যায় তাহলে ভালো .. যদি পাওয়া না যায় তাহলে A4 পেজে একটা অঙ্গিকারনামা দরখাস্ত লিখে সিগনেচার করে আপলোড করতে হবে।)

👶 ৪. Child Birth Certificate (Mandatory - Minor Applicant) ✅ শিশুর জন্ম নিবন্ধন/জন্ম সনদ। ✅ মা ও বাবার নাম স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।

👨‍👩‍👧 ৫. Parent Consent Letter (Mandatory - Minor Applicant) ✅ মা ও বাবার সম্মতিপত্র (Consent Letter) আপলোড করতে হবে। ✅ উভয় অভিভাবকের স্বাক্ষর থাকতে হবে।

🛂 ৬. Parent Passport & Visa Copy (Mandatory - Minor Applicant) ✅ মা-বাবার পাসপোর্ট কপি। ✅ যদি ভারতীয় ভিসা থাকে তাহলে ভিসার কপিও। ✅ বিদেশে বসবাস করলে রেসিডেন্স স্ট্যাটাস/পারমিটের কপি।

🏠 ৭. Address Proof (Optional) ✅ NID, Utility Bill বা ঠিকানার প্রমাণপত্র।

✈️ ৮. Confirmed To & Fro Air Ticket (Optional) ✅ যাওয়া ও আসার কনফার্ম টিকিট।

⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা: 🔹 সব ডকুমেন্ট PDF ফরম্যাটে হতে হবে। 🔹 ফাইল সাইজ ১০ KB থেকে ৫০০ KB এর মধ্যে রাখতে হবে। 🔹 সকল ডকুমেন্ট ইংরেজিতে হতে হবে। 🔹 অস্পষ্ট বা ভুল ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করলে ভিসা রিজেক্ট হতে পারে।

📣 যারা মেডিকেল ভিসা বা শিশুর ভিসা আবেদন করবেন, তারা আগে থেকেই উপরের ডকুমেন্টগুলো প্রস্তুত রাখুন। বর্তমানে সিস্টেমে এগুলো আপলোড করার অপশন দেখা যাচ্ছে।
