DHA has confirmed that you cannot add your partner to your skilled visa application after being invited as a single applicant.
Your visa may be refused if you do.
If you lodge an Expression of Interest as a single applicant and receive an invitation, you must remain single until your visa is granted.
Some applicants got married while their application was being processed. Their partners then obtained a positive skills assessment and English test in an attempt to maintain the points claimed. Unfortunately, this does not work.
You need to wait until the visa is granted. Don’t make this mistake you could lose your PR visa.
