Dhaka Tax Lawyers' Club Our activities are Joint Stock- Company, Society, Trade Organization, Name Clearness, New Registration, Yearly Returns & Shares Transfer, TIN, VAT Etc.

To offer fee-based Consultancy & Advisory services and to act as intermediary for obtaining services, develop training course and to serve as a source of training to develop the capacity and experience of Bangladeshi consulting firms. And act as consultant, Legal representative or Secretary on Company prepare any sorts of Deed, Draft, Contract, Project Profile, M/A & A/A, Joint venture agreement,

fill up any prescribed Form and submit to RJSC, BOI, Income Tax, VAT, TIN, NBR, Company Audit any Govt. License, Bangladesh Bank and to any concerned office on behalf of any Local & Foreign individual, Firm, Company and organization. What is RJSC? The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) is the sole authority which facilitates formation of companies etc.; and keeps track of all ownership related issues as prescribed by the laws in Bangladesh. The Registrar is the authority of the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh. RJSC deals with the following types of entities:
i. Private companies
ii. Public companies
iii. Foreign companies
iv. Trade organizations
v. Societies, and
vi. Partnership firms
RJSC accords registration and ensures lawful administration of the entities under the provisions of applicable act as under:
i. Companies and Trade Organizations: Companies Act, 1994 (Amendment of Companies Act 1913)

ii. Societies: Societies Registration Act, 1860
iii. Partnership Firms: Partnership Act, 1932

অন্যায়-অবিচারের কাছে মাথা নত না করা এই নেত্রীকে হারিয়ে দেশ হারাল এক শক্ত কণ্ঠস্বর।
