Alliance Laws is currently looking for two lawyers with minimum two years of work experience in both litigation and non-litigation matters. The job responsibilities will include providing legal services to local and foreign entities, representing clients before the courts and tribunals of Bangladesh, writing opinions, conducting legal due diligence etc.

Candidate must have at least an LLB (Hons.) from a reputed university. LLM from a reputed university and/or Bar professional qualification may also apply.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• At least two years of work experience ideally in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Experience in transactional matters, company law, contract, dispute resolution and corporate advisory work would be preferred.
• Enrolment with Bangladesh Bar Council would be preferred.
