Hello sisters!
A special message to all of you from our very own Assistant Professor Layeqa Bashir Ma'am from University of Asia Pacific!

Remember, we have a se-lf defe_nse workshop tomorrow at 11 am morning!

The most important thing is SAFETY! BE SAFE YOURSELF! BE INDEPENDENT! Don't rely on anyone's help too much in times of need! Nobody will come to save you in times of danger unless you save yourself!

I owe a big thanks to our dear Ma'am who came to our place with lot of enthusiasms and deep faith that one day our "Se_lf Defen_se Association of Bangladesh" will be able to help our girls and women such a way, so that we can stand up and with utmost confidence! ❤️

অত:পর শুরু করলাম আবার... আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।

সময় হয়েছে আবার নিজেকে তৈরি করা। অন্যায় বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিহত করতে হবে আপনার নিজের।

সেল্ফ ডিফেন্স একটা স্কিল যা আপনাকে নিজেকে শুধু বিপদ থেকে রক্ষা করে না, সেই সাথে আপনার ফিটনেস ও উন্নতি করতে সহায়তা করে।

যারা আগ্রহী দ্রুত যোগাযোগ করার জন্য অনুরোধ জানানো হল।

গত ২০১৩ সাল থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ শুরু করি ঢাকা ও ঢাকার বাইরে বিভিন্ন জায়গায়। এখনো চলমান।
