Bangladesh Courts are now empowered to operate electronically to ensure access to justice to common mass. In pursuance of this Ordinance, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Bangladesh already formed a five member committee for necessary amendments to High Court Rules to enable to courts to operate in accordance with the procedure to be set/ prescribed by this committee in the High Court Rules
