The AB (Accounting and Business) Magazine of ACCA invited Nexalegal to share its thoughts regarding the proposed reform of the Income Tax Law in Bangladesh.

Our Managing Partner, Md Salauddin Hassan stated regarding the reform that the proposed Income Tax law would make the law simpler, more accessible and easier to navigate. He further emphasized the need for Bangladesh to widen its tax net as Bangladesh’s economy graduates from Least Developed Country (LDC) to the Developing Country (DC) status by 2026.
