এতো চাপ নিয়ে লাভ কি....??

বয়স যখন ৪০ পার হয় তখন উচ্চ শিক্ষিত আর
নিম্ন শিক্ষিত সবাই সমান।

বয়স যখন ৬০ পার হয় তখন উচ্চ পজিশনে চাকুরী আর নিম্ন পজিশনে চাকুরী এটা আর কোন ব্যাপার নয়। এমনকি একজন পিয়নও অবসরে যাওয়া বসের দিকে তাকায়না...

বয়স যখন ৭০ , তখন আপনার বড় ফ্ল্যাট,
বড় বাসা কোন গর্বের বিষয় নয় বরং বাসা বড় হলে সেটা মেইনটেইন করাই কঠিন।ছোট একটি রুম হলেই আপনার চলে...

বয়স যখন ৮০ , তখন আপনার টাকা থাকলে যা না থাকলেও তা। আপনার টাকা খরচ করার ইচ্ছা হলে সেটা খরচ করার জায়গাও খুঁজে পাবেননা...

বয়স যখন ৯০ , আপনার ঘুমানো আর জেগে থাকা একই, আপনি জেগে ওঠার পর কি করবেন আপনি নিজেও জানেননা...

বয়স যখন ১০০, তখন আপনার বেঁচে থাকা আর বেঁচে না থাকা এতে কিছুই যায় আসে না।
পৃথিবীবাসী আপনাকে নিয়ে আর ভাবেনা...

জীবনের মানে টা এতটুকুই... এর বেশি কিছুই না... এতো চাপ নিয়ে,লোভ করে,মানুষের ক্ষতি করে লাভ কি???

নিজ নিজ জায়গা থেকে জীবনটা উপভোগ করতে শিখুন,অন্যের ক্ষতি করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

সময়টা ভালো কাজে লাগান,পৃথিবীটা আপনার জন্য সুন্দর হবে।মগজটারে পরিস্কার করে ফেলেন।আগামী দিনটা আপনার জন্য আনন্দময় হবে।❤️

How to set up a Liaison Office in Bangladesh
For setting up a Liaison Office must required Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) permission. The foreign investor is required to submit application in the prescribed form along with the following documents, which must be attested by the Bangladesh Embassy/High Commission of the country of origin or Apex Chamber of Commerce of the country of origin:

Apply in a prescribed form, duly filled in, signed and sealed,
Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the principal Company;
Incorporation Certificate of the principal Company;
Nationalities and name of the directors/promoters of the principal Company;
A board resolution for opening a Liaison office in Bangladesh;
Last financial year’s audited accounts of the principal company;
Projected organogram of the office viewing the posts to be occupied by local personnel as well as expatriates;
List of activities on the Company letterhead of the proposed office.
For getting permission of Liaison Office a fee BDT 25,000/- will have to deposited any branch of Bangladesh Bank or Sonali Bank by treasury challan.

Liaison Office License would be valid for a period of 3 (three) years, after which the license would have to be renewed by applying to BIDA.

A bank account must be opened in any bank in Bangladesh after getting the approval for a Liaison office. As inward remittance an amount of foreign exchange equivalent to US$ 50,000 or more must be brought in Bangladesh within 02(two) months from the date of issuance of the BIDA permission.

After obtaining approval from BIDA, registration with the RJSC is required for Liaison office.
