1. Registration Stamp Fee up to 40,00,000.00 Authorized Capital = 12,300.00
2. Registration Stamp Fee 40,00,001.00 to 12,00,00,000.00 Authorized Capital = 32,300.00
3. Registration Stamp Fee above 12,00,00,000.00 Authorized Capital = 52,300.00.
4. Partnership Firm Stamp Fee to 1,00,000.00 = 2000.00 and above is = 4000.00. Registration Fee is 5750.00.
5. Tk. 575 for Single Process Limited/Partnership Firm Registration Name Clearance Fee. and Tk. 2300 for Society/Foundation/Trust Registration Name Clearance Fee.
