We strongly protest and condemn the unjust and unfair behavior of the current management council of Islami Bank towards the people of Chattogram.

As part of the protest, of this Associates founder Adv Nasir Uddin withdrew his name from Islami Bank’s panel of lawyers. Advocate Nasir Uddin & Associates cannot remain in any position where our brothers and sisters are left oppressed and helpless. InshaAllah, the people of Chattogram will soon give their reply.

এটি একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ও যুগান্তকারী পদক্ষেপ, যা বিচার ব্যবস্থাকে আরও দ্রুত, কার্যকর ও জনবান্ধব করে তুলবে।

যার ফলে;
এক বসাতেই বিচার: হালকা শাস্তিযোগ্য বা জরিমানাযোগ্য অপরাধ আমলে নিয়ে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে নিষ্পত্তি।

বিচারপ্রক্রিয়ার গতি ও কার্যকারিতা বৃদ্ধি।

জনগণের হয়রানি কমানো ও জনআস্থা পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠা।

জুডিসিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটদের ভূমিকা আরও সক্রিয় ও দৃশ্যমান করা।

তবে চ্যালেঞ্জ ও করণীয় হচ্ছে:

বিচারিক নিরপেক্ষতা বজায় রাখা।

যথাযথ প্রশিক্ষণ ও নীতিমালা প্রণয়ন।

অপব্যবহার রোধে পর্যবেক্ষণ ব্যবস্থা।

এই সংশোধনী বাংলাদেশের বিচার ব্যবস্থায় নতুন অধ্যায় সূচনা করবে।
আইন এখন জনগণের দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে যাবে—ন্যায়ভিত্তিক সমাজ গঠনের পথে এটি একটি সাহসী পদক্ষেপ।

হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ স্থগিতাদেশ না দিলে শুধুমাত্র ফাইল করেই ল'ইয়ার সার্টিফিকেট দিয়ে নিম্ন আদালতে চলমান দেওয়ানী বা ফৌজদারি কোন মামলার কার্যক্রম স্থগিত করা যাবে না।

কেউ যখন নিম্ন আদালতের আদেশে সংক্ষুব্ধ হয়।সেইক্ষেত্রে বিচারপ্রার্থী উচ্চ আদালতে যায় এবং মামলা শুনানীর তালিকায় আসতে লম্বা সময় চলে যায়। যদি ফাইলিং সময়ে স্থগিতাদেশ দেয়া না হয়,সেক্ষেত্রে নিম্ন আদালতের চলমান মামলায় রায় ডিক্রী হয়ে যাবে।মানুষ ন্যায় বিচার থেকে বঞ্চিত হবে।
