He is a double degree graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration, from East Delta University, and LLB Hons, from University of London International Programs, as well as has s

tudied the Bar (BPTC) from Northumbria University and has been called to the bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He has successfully undertaken mini-pupilage at Trinity Chambers in the UK. He has spoken in the world record making Virtual Youth Summit organized by Global Law Thinker's society and was also the keynote speaker in Virtual Youth Conclave, organized by Chittagong Grammar School. Rafsan Chowdhury’s first book was published in August 2020 named “Impact of Marketing Communicators on Brand Image”, other than that he has a published in the reputed peer reviewed journal named Journal of East Asia and International Law.

This news is a sheer potrayal of choice of words. The news and the headlines are completely true and at the same time very misleading. Whoever has read Rich Dad Poor Dad and watched Robert Kiyosaki’s podcasts would agree with me on the fact that he explains how debt can be good, tax free and beneficial when utilised correctly. Robert might have 1.2 billion dollars in debt but he also admitted to owning 15000 houses. It clearly shows his asset management capabilities and his asset valuation being well over his debt. This news says nothing of his net worth or his assets, because mention of that would not make the news interesting.

কঠিন লিগ্যাল রিসার্চের সাথে নতুন বছর শুরু। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
এডমিরাল্টি, শিপ্পিং এবং ম্যারিটাইম ল' সবসময় প্রেক্টিসে থাকতে হয়। এত দেশের মধ্যে এত ধরনের এগ্রিমেন্ট এবং এতগুলো দেশের হাজার ধরনের আইন, মনে রাখা অসম্ভবের কাছাকাছি। তাই লিগ্যাল রিসার্চ আমার অনেক পছন্দের। সবসময় নতুন কিছুনা কিছু জানা যায়।
