It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of our beloved Karen Johnson.

Karen was so much more than an Executive Assistant to me. She was the heartbeat of our office, the calm during busy moments and the steady hand behind the scenes that kept everything and everyone on track. To many of us, she was simply a "mum" of the office with her work wife, Loz.

With more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, Karen brought a unique combination of professionalism, warmth and genuine care to everything she did. She had an extraordinary ability to make clients feel heard and reassured during what can often be overwhelming times. That same steadiness and kindness extended to everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Karen leaves behind a legacy of kindness, reliability and quiet strength that touched all who knew her.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with Karen’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We ask that their privacy be respected as they navigate this period of grief.

Karen, you will be deeply missed and fondly remembered and loved, always. The office will never be the same without you Kaz.
