The first week of spring has had us reminiscing about what a winter it was. 🤍

We launched our Selling in Winter campaign, challenged the idea that sellers need to wait for spring, and the numbers gave us plenty of reason to keep saying it.

32 properties sold. 621 buyer enquiries. 99.7K listing views.

And across Property Management, 25 properties leased, alongside hundreds of enquiries, applications and inspections.

The takeaway? The buyers never left.

Now we’re easing into a new season, but before we get too caught up in what’s ahead, here’s a little look back at the last few months.
