you are still under lock down, You have been bonbarded with constant news on raising interest rates, inflation and petrol prices. It all looks pretty grim, especially in the housing sector, with news of falling prices.

So I can understand the fear when it comes to buying or building, but based past data, properties are one is the safest investment strategies, especially with leverage from lenders and government incentives.

The key is to be prepared so that you can take advantage when opportunities come your way. So be educated in your financial responsibilities and the market trends so that you can make the decision that’s right for you.

So rates have gone up again 😬😲😪.

Don’t let it ruin your day, pick up the phone and call you bank.

99% of the time they are there to help you. So book in a time with one of their mortgage experts and create a plan so that you have all the necessary strategies in place for the next few rates increases. this means getting actual numbers, look at converting to interest only for the next 12 months, reduced rates if you haven’t done so, any annual packages that is costing you $$$ for no good reasons.

We may not be able to dictate the rates, but we can dictate our own actions and be prepared to weather this financial storm ☔️
