Tree changes and Sea changes are starting to become a thing again, even after the Covid days of work from home but this time it’s the over 60’s driving the trend.

Is it a downsize or just an upgrade they are all looking for??? Either way we are seeing a future lifestyle change as the main driver, even if they are not moving into them right away.

Newcastle suburbs rank amongst the best!

At AcquiredHQ and as a local buyers agent I am glad to see a few Newcastle regional suburbs making the different lists ..

It doesn’t surprise us for those that made it in the premium end and with so much happening in 2026 we expect more to be added to each of next years lists. Especially with the over 65yrs making the last of their sea change to such a vibrant area.
