We are offering online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams mediations ranging from 2 to 4 hours plus up one hour intake per party.
As an introductory offer ALL 2 hour mediations will be 40% off normal rates for new clients, so if you know a tenancy matter that would better be suited away from VCAT or a general dispute. Feel free to send them our way. (Offer ends May 1st 2024)
Mediation Rates (including GST)
2 hour mediation plus 1/2 hour intake per party for single issue dispute $240 (normally $600)
3 hour mediation plus 45 mins intake per party for more detailed disputes $800
4 hour mediation plus 1 hour intake per party for multiple issues ( half day mediation) $1050
We operate the facilitative method of mediation and standard civil conciliations.
Conciliation via Zoom or by Phone
$150 per hour, max of 4 hours.
Standard dispute process, negotiation and dispute processing.
