NO WILL? THEN YOU MAY NOT GET TO DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS TO EVERYTHING YOU’VE WORKED FOR.

Your home. Your savings. Your assets. The things you want to leave to the people who matter most.

Without a valid Will, Queensland law determines how your estate is distributed – and that may not be what you would have wanted.

A lot can change over time. Even if you already have a Will, it’s worth reviewing it periodically to make sure it still reflects your circumstances, your wishes and the people who matter most to you.

For nearly 50 years, CBC Lawyers has helped Townsville families protect what matters most.

Whether you’re starting a family, building your assets, running a business, planning for retirement or simply haven’t reviewed your Will in years, we make the process clear, personal and easy to understand.

No confusing jargon. Just experienced local lawyers who take the time to understand your wishes and help you put the right plans in place.

You’ve spent a lifetime building it. Make sure you have a say in what happens to it.
