O’Neill Family Law is excited to welcome Sam Wasley and Stafford Mortensen to our team in 2024.
Sam comes on board as a Senior Solicitor, having worked in law for the past nine years. Prior to joining OFL, Sam practiced in a broad range of areas of law including criminal and family law and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Australia in 2020.
Stafford joins our ever-growing team as Solicitor and is currently studying for his Masters of Law. Stafford’s primary focus is family law and sits on the Queensland Law Society’s Future Leaders Committee, where he represents the interests of young and early career lawyers all throughout Queensland.
We are very fortunate to welcome them to the O’Neill Family Law team.

Last week, the independently compiled Doyles Guide review was released for Family Law.
