📣 Exciting News!
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been appointed to the Legal Aid NSW panels in Summary Crime and Family Law, in addition to my existing appointment in Civil Law, as a Legal Aid panel lawyer.
🔹 What does this mean for families and individuals?
It means that I can now provide Legal Aid-funded legal representation in Summary Crime, Family Law, and Civil Law matters, allowing vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing family breakdown, domestic violence, or facing court without support, to access legal assistance during some of the most difficult periods in their lives.
🔹 Why this matters
In Australia, an increasing number of people are facing the Family Court system without legal representation. Many are dealing with separation, parenting disputes, or domestic violence, often without knowing their rights or how to navigate the process.
You don’t have to face it alone. As a Legal Aid panel lawyer, I can assist eligible clients through these critical moments, providing clear guidance, strong advocacy, and the support they need to move forward.
I can assist eligible clients with:
✔️ Summary Crime – matters typically dealt with in the Local Court, including AVOs, common assault, traffic offences such as driving while disqualified, and other summary matters eligible for Legal Aid
✔️ Family Law – including parenting arrangements, separation, divorce, domestic violence, and in some cases, property settlements (particularly where there is financial hardship or risk factors involved)
✔️ Civil Law – including tenancy disputes, debts, fines, discrimination, human rights issues, and other matters affecting vulnerable individuals
Everyone deserves access to fair, compassionate, and professional legal support regardless of their financial situation. I’m proud to stand alongside my clients and advocate for them through the Legal Aid system.
