Praxis Lawyers successfully opposed an appeal recently brought in the Federal Court of Australia, with the Court publishing its decision yesterday.

The decision is not only a great result for our client, but also clarifies a question concerning the enforceability of orders for specific performance and how that effects bankruptcy notices.
