I am an Accredited Specialist in Family Law who has been practising for 40 years in the Sydney CBD.

I started work in a general practice in Sydney, working in family law, personal injury litigation, debt recovery, mortgage work, conveyancing, Supreme Court equity litigation and Wills, probate and succession. I have drafted commercial agreements and contracts, advised in trade practices law and in bankruptcy and insolvency.

I have appeared in courts from the Local Courts around Sydney, the District Courts, NSW Court of Appeal, Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. I chiefly now practise in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the ‘new’ name for the ‘old’ Family Court.

I have acted for a wide range of people who have needed assistance when their relationship has broken down, from married, de facto and same-sex couples to grandparents, third party companies, bankruptcy trustees and government bodies.

The areas I work in include child/parenting, property/financial (including complex property matters involving company and trusts), child support, spouse maintenance and on applications for divorce.

Resolving matters can be achieved by agreement resulting in either Consent Orders being obtained, or by way of Financial, Superannuation or spouse maintenance Agreements.

My clients have included citizens from many countries, including those living in the UK, USA, France, Singapore, the Pacific and Germany.

I will always assist you with courtesy and respect and in family relationship breakdown, sympathy and a calm approach is paramount.
